How do I change my shipping address at a Japanese store?
Due to our move in July 2019 the address you use for stores will be changed. We recommend using our new address and updating all existing orders from July 16, 2019. The new address is located in 西五反田 (Nishigotanda).
Please check the FAQ for each store to confirm their process for updating your address on existing orders. Phrases such as "配送先の変更", "配送先変更" or "お届け先の変更" should assist with finding the relevant article in their support documentation.
Most stores will allow you to update the address on your own via their order page. However, if a store requires you to email them you can use the template below to request the address is changed. Be sure to also update your profile at the store so any future packages will ship to our new address.

Forwarding from Nakameguro
Forwarding will no longer be officially supported after September 15, 2019. Please update your address before this date to avoid packages returning to the store.
We have requested that forwarding activates on our Meguro address from July 19, 2019. This means that any packages arriving at the old location should forward automatically to our new address. However, some delivery companies such as Sagawa will charge additional shipping costs to forward to our new location. To avoid any possible fees we recommend updating your address. If forwarding fees apply to a package we will add this as a service fee when your package arrives with us.
We recommend watching your tracking closely for any packages that ship to our Nakameguro address. If you see any packages placed on hold or with unusual tracking statuses please email as with the details so we can assist as soon as possible.
